Step 1: We Quote Your Order
First we determine which products you would like for your
organization or event. Once we have found the perfect items, we will give you
an official quote.
Step 2: We Receive Your Payment Information
When you are ready to order, we will collect payment
information. World-Class accepts checks and all major credit cards. If your
organization requires an invoice before it can issue a check, we will need a
purchase order before production can begin.
Step 3: You Approve The Final Artwork
(for custom-made pin orders)
Once the order is placed we will review
your artwork to ensure that it will look perfect on your custom
pin. You may submit artwork by
e-mail, by fax, or regular mail. If the artwork is not
suitable, we will advise you and work to make it the best
it can be.
Step 4: We Deliver Your Order
Once production is complete, we will deliver your order using
the preferred shipping method. Once an order ships, we will automatically
process your payment.

Ordering Online
To order online, simply return to the home
page and click on a pin category that you like. You will then
be shown a list of pin designs to choose from (for stock pins).
Click on any pin for more information, and to be presented
with an easy online ordering page.
To order and create your custom pins online,
simply select a custom pin process for more information. Custom
pin processes can be found on the homepage
near the bottom of the page.
All orders placed online are 100% secure.
Once an order is placed online, we will generally process
it within 24 hours and complete the order for you by either
shipping your pins or creating your custom-made pin artwork
for you to approve.
Ordering By Mail Or Fax
If you would like to place your order by mail or fax, you may
send your purchase order or payment information, along with the order details.
